When to burn it
Perfect for stepping out of the pace of the day and making a room calmer: rest, reading, light meditation. It works particularly well in spring and summer, and in rooms with little natural ventilation, where it brings a sense of freshness.
How to burn it
Light the tip for a few seconds, blow out the flame and leave the ember burning. Set it in a holder that catches all the ash, on a non-flammable surface, and ventilate the room during and after. Never leave it unattended.
