I No Longer Want the Product

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by calling +34 632 90 34 23, sending an email to contacto@nivarashop.es, writing to our postal address at Av. Myramar, 17, 2nd Floor, Door A, 29640 Fuengirola (Málaga), Spain, or by completing the withdrawal form.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.

If the return is due to the product arriving damaged or because the order is incorrect, Nivara will cover the return shipping costs.

Return Process

Nivara will arrange the collection of the product(s) you wish to return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal. However, if the return is due to damaged products or an incorrect order, Nivara will cover all return shipping costs.

All returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. To avoid any issues during transport, please ensure that the package is securely packed and properly sealed.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them. If the product(s), together with any components, accessories, promotional gifts, and accompanying documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will issue a refund for the value of the purchased products.

Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
