Shipping policy

Once your Shipping Confirmation has been sent, your order will be delivered to the address provided during checkout within approximately 1 to 7 business days from the date it leaves the Nivara warehouse.

Nivara shall not be held responsible for any failure to deliver the order if this is due to inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by the customer, or if delivery cannot be completed for reasons beyond the control of the shipping carrier, such as the customer's absence or the order being held by customs authorities.

Delivery times are estimates only. Although Nivara makes every effort to meet these timeframes, they cannot be guaranteed.
